The Process to Your Dream Home
Consultation
We’ll kick things off with a meeting in which we’ll discuss the vision for your home and how we can help bring it to life. From that information, we can offer a rough estimate for the project.
Design
Next, we’ll gather the information we need from your home and begin designing your project— collaborating with you throughout. We’ll present the design, talk through feasibility, and assemble a cost estimate that we guarantee to be within 10% of.
Build
During the final step, we’ll flesh out and explore any other design elements, review the project with trade and vendor partners for pricing, and consult with any outside vendors. After this is completed, we’ll move to start construction. Before starting construction, we’ll sign a contract to ensure every ‘t’ is crossed and ‘i’ dotted.

Yes, you can! Not every project will lend itself well to living in your home during a remodel, but in most cases, it is possible. Keep in mind that if you’re having a kitchen remodeled, you won’t be able to use your kitchen for a lot of the time during the project.
A remodeling project can vary in length, depending on what the project entails. When we have our initial meeting to discuss expectations, we can offer an estimated timeframe.
Yes. TB&A will obtain any permits that are required to complete your project. You won’t have to worry about any legal items throughout the project. We’re fully licensed and present to provide you with the best possible service.
