Our customers come first, and our number one priority is bringing their vision to life on every project that we undertake. From the beginning of the design process until we’ve fully completed your project, we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied. If there’s any part of the project you’re not on board with, we’ll make it right.
TBA prides itself on best in industry customer service.
We’ll kick things off with a meeting where we’ll discuss the vision for your home and how we can help bring it to life. From the information gathered in the meeting, we’ll offer a rough estimate for the project.
Next, we’ll take any measurements and pictures we need from your home and begin designing your project— collaborating with you throughout. We’ll present the design, talk through feasibility, and assemble a cost estimate that we guarantee to be within 10% of.
During the final step, we’ll flesh out and explore any other design elements, review the project with trade and vendor partners for pricing, and consult with any outside vendors. Before starting construction, we’ll sign a contract to ensure every ‘t’ is crossed and ‘i’ dotted. When the contract is completed and signed, we’ll move to start construction.
We’ve won multiple awards as a design-build company, and we’re always excited when a major publication features our work. We think that these awards, along with the numerous 5-star reviews from clients, are what set us apart from other design-build companies.

An interior design project can vary in length, depending on what the project entails. When we have our initial meeting to discuss expectations, we can, in most cases, offer an estimated timeframe.
