Some of there products seem like it costs more but you need less for coverage. I've had terrible experience with the wax for our floor. It won't dry and I have had to strip it all off and find a different product as neither myself or Bio-shield can seem to figure out why it is not working. It does provide a very good air seal and is significantly less expensive than closed cell foam. Everything is a trade off.
